I've been working in marketing for over 17 years now. I've worked in-house for a Norwich homeless charity, a Colchester college and a national estate agency chain and I've worked for two PR agencies, a web agency and an email marketing agency.

I hold a diploma in PR from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and a certificate in social media management and web analytics from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
